Every calendar from My Custom Jewish Calendar is custom-made to your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
Proof Approval
Before we print, you'll review and approve a digital proof of your calendar. Please check it carefully, including names, dates, photos, and spelling. Once you approve the proof, your order goes to print exactly as shown, and we can't make changes or refund the order afterward.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your calendar arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or doesn't match the proof you approved, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the problem. We'll review it and, where appropriate, reprint and reship your calendar at no cost to you.
